I ahve been tracking my calories for a while. The other day i noticed that hwne my calories in stay the same but my calories out increases (due to exercise) my calories in my budget decreases. If I am exercising and increasing how many calories I have going out shouldn't my budgeted calories increase?
I have not changed my settings, I am just not sure what is going on with the in vs. out. I have looked at other subjects on this in the forum but can't seem to find an answer to this.

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @cdmueller103, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community. In regards of your Calories "In vs Out", every time that you workout and your calories burned increases, the tile "Left to eat" will increase; letting you know that you're able to eat more, since your burning more calories. If you want to read more information about on how the Food Plan works, you can check this master post; it's really good!.
If you're getting different readings, please post back with a picture; so we can check together.
