Very welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner!
Lets try a couple of things, first, Restart your Surge and after that Force Quit the Fitbit app, open your Fitbit app and remove your tracker. Finally, log out from your app, turn off your Bluetooth, wait for 5 seconds and turn it on again, log back into your Fitbit app and Set up your tracker as a new Fitbit Device.
I hope this helps, let me know how it goes! ![]()
