My Surge has a cracked screen don't remember hitting the Surge. How do I get a new screen?

Unfortunately I don't think the screens are repairable. However, if you don't think it's your fault and you are still within warranty (see www.fitbit.com/returns ) then you can contact customer support via this link to discuss a replacement:
