I get a notification when my cals gets to 2530.  How can I turn it off ?

Great to see you here @Retirez. Can you please check which is your main goal? Since you might be receiving notifications of your calories because this is your main goal. To check this, please do the following from a computer:

 

1. Click the gear icon

2. Click Surge

3. Go to Main Goal

4. Select the one you prefer

5. Sync
