Can I sync Two different Fitbits with the same account?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just recently bought a surge on top of already having a flex 2. I am wondering if I can use the surge for workouts and the flex during the day to count my steps, and they can sync together to get one total step count at the end of the day? I have both of them set up on my account, but my run from this morning isn't showing up on my account while I am currently wearing my flex...

You can have multiple fitbits connected to an account provided they are different types of fitbit. There is a help file giving information on how this works here:

I find that it's best to sync the fitbits before swapping but otherwise it seems to work quite well.

However, there is currently a system wide problem that's affecting some people with multiple fitbits that is leading to lost steps. You can read more on this and get the latest updates from fitbit in this thread:

Yes you can sync multiple Fitbit with your account.

I am using One and Surge with my account.
