Can bands be replaced?

My band is broken where one of the screws are. It's on the bottom side of the watch against my wrist and it looks like the rubber part is ripping away from the metal part.

Unfortunately, the bands can't be replaced as the electronics are built into them. However, if you are still within warranty (see www.fitbit.com/returns ) then you could contact customer support to see if a replacement is an option:
