My surge no longer swipes. It shows only the time on the main screen. If I push the left button it shows run but I can't swipe there either.
I reset it, synced it, but the problem persists.
The surge is out of warranty. Any suggestions?

My band broke on my second one (free replacement) and they offered me a 25% discount on a new FitBit of my choice. The discount would be OK on something already on sale at the FitBit store, but you can find better prices at Amazon than the list price at FitBit. So if it isn't on sale, look elsewhere for a better deal.

I chatted with a Fitbit person yesterday. She had me reset, remove and then add it back to my account. Finally, I Was offered the 25% discount. I probably will wait - I would like something similar to the Charge 2 but with built in GPS. Garmin has such a product but I do not like their web site for activitt tracking.
