Hello @Comm. Nice to have you in our community, welcome aboard my friend. I wonder if your tracker is showing something additional to the Fitbit logo. My suggestion is to try again the restart process more that one time. It may take several attempt to make your tracker work:
1. Press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim.
2. Let go of the buttons.
3. After your screen turns completely off, wait 10 seconds and press the Home button to turn your Surge back on.
If the logo still is being displayed and your Surge is not responding please contact customer support for additional help.
