If you're using SmartTrack to track these exercises then distance isn't one of the it's of data that is shown. If you're using an appropriate exercise mode, however, then it should appear automatically.

@Toktokkie welcome to the forums! Actually, I agree with @MikeF; if you are using SmartTrack then for each auto-detected exercise you'll find stats such as duration and estimated calorie burn. However, distance and pace are not included. If you are using exercise mode during your workout you can receive time or distance-based updates (splits) on your Surge during a run.
