Can't reset my password

so i forgot my password for my main fitbit account so i went and pressed the forgot password link and they sent me an email to my email account with a link in it so i could enter my new password

i do that and after i press the reset buuton it gets me to the login page with the message

"Your password reset link was invalid. Your password has not been updated."

now i tried it from different browsers and computers they all give me the same message

what is the problem guys?
