My surge hasn't synced with strava today. Never had a problem before, it normally syncs straight away. Annoying as just done a 12 mile run!!! What can I do please?

Not working me me today either. Looks like a problem at their end.

All is not lost though, you can still upload todays efforts manually.

From fitbit dashboard select the exercise and in the top right of the screen click on the 3 dots ... Select 'export as TCX file'. This will save the data file on your pc. Then in strava's dasboard select the plus + in the top right of the screen and select 'upload activity'. Then select the TCX file that you've just created and upload. The workout will then appear in strava.

Having the same problem as well. Frustrating as if it's not of Strava it didn't happen. Will have to do it manually but until then the 5km I just did are as real as a unicorn

Hey, I've had a surge for about 2 weeks now. I linked it with strava without issue and had trouble free uploading until yesterday.

I have had 2 activities with GPS on the fitbit dashboard since yesterday, on Android and PC. Neither of them have uploaded to Strava.

I revoked access and reconnected, nothing happened. I downloaded the .tcx file from fitbit and manually uploaded it to strava and it showed up fine, so the data is all good.

Any suggestions?

Hey all, looks like @Timb0 was able to sync. Is anyone else still experiencing a syncing issue?

I don't think the issue is fully solved. I repeatedly tried to sync my bike activities in Strava to Fitbit. No success.

@Jajajak It looks like you have a few Bike activities from Strava that synced over today. Could you clarify why your sync was not successful?

I see, I was trying that yesterday and I've checked it just before I wrote this message.

Well, now it is there.

So please, disregard. And thanks for the answer
