Changing the time

Hey Guy's,

I've had a bit of a search and all the options say the same thing. Set the time to automatic on the phone... I don't want that.

So here goes, I catch public transport, and got sick of missing trains, my fix was to set my phone and watch 9 minutes fast.  By doing this I have completely eradicated missed trains.  My issue arose when I got my Surge.  To get it to sync I had to change the time on my phone (Samsung S4 active) to "Automatic date and time", once I had done that the surge sync'ed up and as I was on holidays I left is like that.  I have since going back to work so I changed the time to be 9 minutes ahead on the phone.  I was going to try and live with the Surge showing actual time but my phone where all my reminders are show 9 mins fast.  The problem is that now the phone and watch won't sync at all, and that makes it useless.

Kinda hoping some one hasn't dumbed it down that much and there is a fix for this issue.

thanks

So just to add a little confusion, it would appear there is also an issue with the phone syncing the data to the fitbit server.

I can get my phone and my fitbit to connect, all my steps come accross etc, but because I can't SYNC (because of the time discrepancy) non of the data is being sent to the FITBIT servers.

This really is some silly coding, can some one please help me fix this???
