Exchange policy?

I received a Surge for Christmas and I would like to exchange it for a Charge HR instead. Does anyone know if I have to go through the whole return process for the Surge and then purchase the Charge HR or is there an easier way to do it?

It really depends on where you purchased your Surge.

Fastest way is to return it where you purchased it and get the ChargeHR.

If you got it directly from Fitbit, you'll need to return the Surge and they will refund your money.

You can always purchase the ChargeHR first, then return the Surge, so you don't miss any steps.
