Charger Connection

I have had my surge for a litttle over three years now and for the most part I am happy with it. But it has always been an issue to get it to connect to charge it and it's getting worse. It just took me five minutes to get it connected. Has anyone else had this problem?

Maybe its the USB port? Have you tried another?

 

I sometimes have problems but when I move it to a new port it works

 

I can switch it back to where it was later and it works fine too

Thanks for your suggestion. The usb is fine the problem is getting it to stay attached to my fitbit. I have to wiggle it back and forth until the lights go off. Then make sure they stay off.
