hi... I've not used my surge for a while... I put it on charge today and it came on straight away with the lighting bolt showing its charging but the battery life isn't increasing... any help welcome... thanks...

These batteries need to be charged regulary. If not they lose the ability to charge again. This is what has happened to yours. It will not charge anymore. Sorry

Is this actually true????? i have an old fitbit charge that has not been charged for around 5 months that started charging straight away when plugged in and works great for my husband now!.

 

Perhaps the problem is more to do with the charging port on the surge....i was looking for posts around that when i saw this one. Mine has to have something wedged against the charger at the point of entry to the watch in order for it to charge. Perhaps it is an issue with your charging port????
