Hello,
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? The screen started to scramble on 05-31-16. I have had it about 6 months, Never dropped, no impacts, occassional rain drops and sweat but it has bever been abused. I tried the Home / right lower button reset a couple times and it doesn't fix the problem. Fitbit twitter support wasn't much help, I emailed them so I could attach the pic. Hopefully there is an easy fix someone knows about.
Thanks

Wow never seen that before
Try a restart. Sometimes doing it a few times helps.

Mine is a recent replacement as in 3 mos old. It’s already having these scrambled screen problems. The bandaid they applied. In regards to poor customer care. They replaced my previous non reliable surge. With another non reliable surge. I knew this watch wouldn’t last. They knew what they were doing replacing it with another crud watch. In only 3 months it’s already a malfunctioning surge. I’m back in the same boat! Yojana I have already spoken with warranty and they were of no help. I’m dissatisfied and left to go buy a new watch. It will be nice to have an Apple Watch, I’ve heard they actually work past 90 days. Not to mention they have a customer support team in which cares. One redhot upset former Surge owner.
