HI

My fitbit surge was lost/stolen on a trip to Nova golf resort in saudi. How do I know this, because the surge somehow is logging distance traveled and steps taken to my dashboard.

I am no longer in Saudi and its not really an option to visit, any advise on how to disconnect. I have the aria scale and want to keep using the app. but it will be a while before i can afford buy a new fit bit. Is there a way to disable the watch?

thanks

Fraser

Sorry to hear that.

If the person who stole it creates an account and adds your tracker it will be removed from your account.

To remove it yourself go into the account section of the app (the icon looks like an ID card). Select your tracker and scroll to the bottom where you'll have an option to remove the device from your account.
