Hello, I have the following problem.

I try to charge my device but it doesn't work. As I plug in the charging cable it works but no matter how much time I leave it to charge after I unplug the cable the device turns of. I charged it using the usb slot on my Mac book. Do you think the battery is broken?!

How old is it as they dont last forever.

 

Please clean the contacts 


Then Do a Restart

 

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

 

If it does not help contact support by using the help at the top of the forum
