Clock is wrong

My Fitbit surge battery died last night and was dead for maybe 10-15 minutes before I realized it and plugged it into the charger. I left it charging all night and went to bed. When I woke up to put it on the next morning I noticed the clock was 30 minutes off. I have not been able to get the Fitbit to sync to my phone since then, and from the looks of it,it hasn't synced since Monday. I've had my Fitbit since December and haven't encountered this problem before.

The time should reset itself once the syncing starts working again.

 

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:
