Connection Issues

I have recently had an issue with connection. Which i have never had before. MY Surge is not connecting to anything. I have uninstalled and installed the app again and i even unconnected my Surge to my phone in hopes to load it as a new device in the app and that didn't work as well. If anyone knows a way to fix this that would be great!!! Please share

Hey @Bcrab444 welcome to the Community! Let me suggest you something, try to restart your Surge by following the instructions on @MeylinP post. Then try to set it up your Fitbit either using an Android device or a computer.
