Hi @ChuckTheTruck it's great to see you around! So for what you are saying, your Surge is syncing but is not displaying the correct time. So let's try to do something, please perform a restart of your tracker and then try to sync again. If after that, the time still incorrect, please review this article "How do I set up my Fitbit as a new device" and follow the instructions there to pair your tracker.

@ChuckTheTruck no, if you perform a restart, your previous data won't be touched, even if you haven't synced. Now if you'll set it up your tracker as a new device, please try to sync so we make sue you won't lose any information.
