I find using the Stopwatch and the Count down timers very frustrating on the surge. I find If I fold my arms or accidently brush the watch when in either of these modes the countdown or stopwatch stops/pauses and since there is no audio feedback on this watch and only a very brief haptic feedback I sometimes don't notice that I've accidently stopped timing. I know this is touchscreen by design, but it makes using these features pointless because I can not track time reliably.
Can we please have an option to disable touchscreen stop / starts and only use the buttons for stop/start/reset? this would enable me to actually use the watch properly during sport.
Moderator edit: Clarified subject.

Hi @JoeJoeInc! I'm glad to see you here in the Forums, your comments are very important for us!
A way to lock the Surge screen when using the Timer or the Count down is an excellent idea and I would like to encourage you to vote and place your comments in this request that was already suggested here: Touchscreen Lock, since its status is Under Consideration.
Members of the Community can place new ideas in this board so they can be implemented in a future update, this is the best way to make your voice heard. I already placed my vote!
See you around!
