I've had my fitbit surge since early this year and think it's amazing, but now with five crack's on its screen im worried that part of the screen will fall out, like if you have a knife and piece of paper then make three cuts in a triangle shape, the triangle will fall out of the paper, that's the best example I can think of, anyway my question is does my fitbit get fixed or do I get sent a new one and if so what becomes of the old one.
