Cracked screen...quick replacement...great service

Just to say, my surge screen cracked.  I contacted the team expecting a battle, based on past experience with other companies, but couldn't have been more wrong! The replacement was on my arm within 4 days thanks to the unbelievably helpful guy who sorted it all out for me. It's not often you can give 10 out of 10 for customer service. In this case I'd give 11 🙂
