My Fitbit Surge has been calling my shots for eating and exercising (mostly walking) for a month now. I've lost 5 pounds of my 10 pound goal. I'm under budget for calories almost every day, sometimes by 20%, but my weight has levelled and hasn't decreased for more than a week. Should I tweak my goals, or does anyone have other comments/suggestions?

Losing weight a simply a matter of calories in, calories out. If you increase your physical activity but keep your caloric intake the same you will lose weight faster.
It's like continually putting gas in your car when you dont need more and it begins overflowing at the pump. That's awesome you lost 5lbs, keep it going!!
Increasing your goals will help
