I've had my surge for about two months now and love the usefulness of everything it offers and the sleek look/design. Two days ago I ran a race and afterward while making my way through the crowd I bumped into a post and cracked my screen. Fitbit support was VERY helpful with no issues in replacing my Surge, but I began studying the face of the device and noticed that if the edges around the face were slightly raised (similar to a normal watch) they may act as a bumper to keep large things from touching the glass. I had noticed in the past, when using kettle bells and such that I had to take off the watch with fear of the glass getting cracked. Maybe in future generations something like this could be addressed in the design, but I did happen to find, online, a plastic or rubber bumper (for the I watch I think) that allowed existing trackers to have some form of protection (other than a simple screen protector) that can be easily removed or added when necessary. A simple accessory like that would be extremely valuable to someone like myself.

Thank you Fitbit.
