Disappearing info

My Fitbit was tracking info just fine; then earlier this week it "lost" 2 days. Everything went to 0. And today, a Saturday , everything from Monday through Friday is gone. It's fully charged, and the only update came this morning which is installed. What did I do? It's only about 6 weeks old.
