Display screen is blank

My watch vibrated and then the display disappeared. The green sensor lights are working and the battery is charged. I have tried to restart three times. Please advise. Thank you!

It's great to see you around @tegzz. If your tracker is not responding, I recommend Restarting your Surge. After the restart put it to charge.
