Hi Community

i have  refurbished fir from the factory, which shows it requires configuration..........i have gone past the configuration window and its now showing downloading, it is showing downloading half way, (by the look of the task bar but then cannot complete the fitbit surge update. i cannot move from the window on the fit bit showing downloading....its now been two hours downloading......can anyone help or is it back to fitbit?

further to this, from the configurtion screen, i could not tell if the bluetooth function was on.......s i cannot move from and out of the window

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Then start the download again
