hi, whilst i can connect to dashboard, i dont get notifications on my nokia 5 - and cant find any reference to any nokia in fitbit's 'compatible devices' page. Surely fitbit supports nokia....?  I've just  received  my new surge but if it doesnt fully sync with my phone, it might be going back!! How do i get notifications and fully sync my nokia? Thankyou

Currently there are no Nokia phones supported. Nokia went from their own operating system to Windows when Microsoft bought them and more recently to Android as Microsoft is getting out of the phone business. I would think as they start to become more popular Fitbit will start certifying them.

 

PS: The Surge has been out of production for a while. Where did you buy a "new" one?
