Early morning run...

I've only had my Surge for 5 days, so I'm currently still in the stage of being totally enthralled by what it's telling me about my daily stats - steps, calories, sleep pattern, etc etc....and it's been pretty accurate in the results I've been getting.

Until this morning.....I woke up, synced the watch to my phone to get my sleep stats, which were pretty much as expected - 1 time awake, 2-3 restless points, 7hr20mins sleep

BUT.....at the same time, my exercise log is telling me that at 2.30 am, I went for a 24 minute run, travelling 2 miles, and adding 3,716 steps and using 190 calories......I'm pretty sure I didn't go for a run in my sleep.....!!

Has anybody else had anything similar happen?  Any ideas as to why or how this could have happened?

Welcome to the Forums @Fritchers. It's weird to hear that your tracker registered all this information while you were sleeping. I would like to know if you keep having this inconvenience? If you do, I recommend restarting your Surge by following @MeylinP's instructions to avoid this to happen again. Also you can negate that extra info by manually logging the activity driving.

To manually log this activity, do the following from your computer:

1. Go to the Activities page by clicking Log at the top of your dashboard, then click Activities.
2. Under Log Activities, click a common activity or search for your activity in the search box.
3. Select your activity from the search results. If the activity is not in our system, you have the option to create your own activity by clicking the Create custom activity text that will appear below the search field.
4. Enter the duration, distance (if applicable), and start time of your activity. You have the option to manually enter the number of calories burned here if you'd like to.
5. Click Log Activity. Your activity will now be visible and editable in the Logged Activities area.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
