Fitbit challenge/steps error

I was sleep and my fitbit vibrated and said you reached your goal of 20k. Again I was sleep, i wake up in my challenges it shoes I have 24k and I never took a step. I tried resetting it, cutting it on and off, unparing, changing time zone, nothing workedd. I do know what else to do. Can someone help!!

Hi, @216Hbk, was your Fitbit near a fan or another vibration source?  That can cause it to pick up false steps.

You can delete this data by checking the exact times that the steps were recorded and logging driving for that time period.  Instructions here.
