Hi @Ntinos! I'm very glad that you have joined our Family here in the Forums! ![]()
Thanks for attaching those screenshots! I noticed that you hit that amount of steps back on 2015, congrats by the way; but you might have to check if by any change you manually logged information for those days. Badges are designed to reward your step-based activities that are recorded while you wear your Fitbit tracker only. Manually logged activities are intended to help you track supplemental activities that are not based on steps or distance, so they do not count toward step badges. ![]()
Also please note that while we work on new ways to reward cycling achievements, in case that you do this activity; the distance earned by cycling with Fitbit Surge, Blaze, or Charge 2 does not count towards your lifetime distance badges or other step-based badges.
This is a very interesting case, so please come back to me with your findings.
I'd like to keep assisting you! ![]()

Hi,
Thank you for the reply!
Those steps were not by a logged activity. It was by tracking a hiking while wearing the tracker. You can see that from the graph where it is obvious as the steps are not equaly set during time as are showed if you log an exercise.
I don't know if i can prove it otherwise and i post this as i saw that other users had the same problem.
Thank you anyway
