Is there a way to change my target calories burned per day? Right now it's like 3500 but I would rather it be about 5000 as I exceed the 3500 goal every day.

Thanks for popping by the forums @Akoto! That was of great help @WendyB! In case that you have a mobile device or a Windows 10 computer, you can also edit your goals in the Fitbit App, under the option "Account" > "Goals". Smiley Wink

As a piece of advice, check the information in regards how to check your calories using a Food Plan, you can use it in your phone too.

Hi Yojana,

I am new to Fitbit community... I canot edit my calories goal.. on the phone (andoid) I get the message "fitbit.com is currently under maintenance". And on the Dashboard (under Today) it sort of changes when I edit it, but then reverts back (win 10).

Update: looks like calories burnt (the detailed view) does change, but the round diagram under "Today" does not 🙂

Thank you!

Hi there @SunsetRunner, thanks for posting your questions here in the Forums! Smiley Very Happy

I think that at the moment that you were trying to change your goals the server was down. You can give it a try again in your Android phone, you can also log out/in from the App before trying again. About the update if you still having issues with the Calories In vs Out tile, please take a screenshot of the information that doesn't match, it'd be of great help!

Good luck and please keep me posted! Woman Happy

Hi. I though I had posted this once, but can't see my post. I am sorry if it appears twice.

So I still cannot edit my calories goal. All other goals are fine. I was told there was a bug in Fitbit app for Android, but it was updates recently. I tried to log out from everywhere and log in and edit either from the app or dashboard - in vain.

1. When I am doing it from the app, I see:

2. From the dashboard it changes, but then reverts back, after I refresh the page:

so I've been having the same situation for over 3 weeks now... And 4900 is too much for me...

Thanks for your help!

Thanks a million for those pictures @SunsetRunner! Very helpful. Would you mind trying again, this time save the information and sync you tracker right away. If this doesn't work, log out from the Account and log back in so you can try again!  Smiley Embarassed
