Hi,
I recently got a Fitbit surge and now most days when I touch something metal (car, door handle etc) I get an electric shock. Could it be the Fitbit? Has anyone else has this issue?
Thanks.
Julie

Thank you for your participation in the forums @JESmith0410! At this moment we don't have this issue as a common problem with the band, that's why it's best to contact directly with a Fitbit representative so they can further investigate the issue. You can do so and let me know how it worked for you! ![]()
Your feedback is very appreciated, I'll be around and once again welcome to the Forums! ![]()
