My exercise summary is showing on my Surge when completed & the details are also on my dashboard. Whilst the short summary is showing on my app when I click through on it, it used to show a more comprehensive summary like heart rate & calorie burn, now it shows nothing. Not sure that I have changed anything. Anyone have any clue how I can return the summary without having to log in to my dashboard?

worked for a little while but have the same issue. Is fine if I delete the app again but surely this is a bug that needs fixing.

Hello there @Julescook, @Solomarc and @Swift7! This is really interesting. The first steps that I'd like to recommend is that you make sure your tracker is syncing as it should. Then you can force quit your Fitbit app and also make sure you're running the latest app version.

I think my issue is the same.
I have had my Surge since end of Feb and have same sync/wrong/ghosts floors etc that most users report but yesterday is a new issue.
I set my Surge to manually Exercise/Elliptical (I used to let it Auto detect it before) and so my work out on my Glider each night, this lets me get more details during and at end in summery.
It gives me a detailed report at end and shows up on both my Android and Windows 10 Apps until last night it shows I did the Elliptical but the detailed infomation is missing saying it cannot see as its offline which it is not as all previous days are there and I can sync manually (sometimes takes hours if it cannot connect).
I have synced many times since and its added the new steps and walk from later that night and today but the Elliptical is still missing the detailed information.
This very website lets me see my account and all the correct information is there so I am not sure why it is not on both my Apps as surely they are just a GUI for my account on this website.
I have cleaneed cache/reset Surge/rebooted Phone and PC many times.
Also last night later on both the windows and Android Apps got updates whcih fixed none of the ongoing issues so far.

P.S, I have had the same update offered 3 days in a row, why is it not instlaling fully as it claims it is?

I have a similar issue, the information shown for an activity is different in the summary view to the detailed view when viewing it onine. I think it is a display issue and isn't every time.
However when i then view it on the mobile app it is completely wrong in the detailed view. I have only noticed this since the upgrade. It is really frustrating. Surely the different platforms should be reading from the same information. AS someone who works in IT I'd suggest someone looks at the database and your API's
