Spent 3 hours watching the Masters. Fitbit recorded 147 minutes on the elliptical.

How is it goin' @Pereda Thank you for bringing this infomration. I think maybe it was a bug, and in this case I would recomend to delete that activity as instructed before and see if this reproduces. If so, contacting support would be a good idea since there's no movement involved and your tracker is detecting an activity.

Please keep me posted. Have a wonderful day!

It sounds like the Masters for you excited, or was it agitated?

Your Surge us is watching for specific types of arm motions, and your arms where moving correctly. Hey, it always records the unicycle as elliptical also.

Hey hey hey @Pereda welcome to the Fitbit Community 😄 As asked by @Rich_Laue were you moving a lot? If so, maybe your Fitbit recognized those movements thanks to SmartTrack as elliptical movements.
You can delete them by clicking on the "trash" next to the activity

Hope this helps. Have a wonderful day! 😉

I'm actually surprised it didn't register it as sleep. Was watching golf.
Nor a lot of movement other than sipping wine.

I've seen my cousin watch golf, he refused to become a Golf Pro so that he could properly take care of his family, there is no way his moved Erik be detected as sleeping.
