The website mentions extra large size for all fitbits but doesnt seem to be an option when purchasing. Does anyone know where I am going wrong?

Which tracker do you wish to purchase? On the Fitbit Store  , after choosing any tracker, do get the option here to select the XL when purchasing after clicking the dropdown menu by Size which displays 'select'.

 

When on the phone you may need to change the browser to use desktop mode instead of using the mobile version of the website or use a computer when possible. Smiley Embarassed
