Frustrated - 2nd replacement due to battery

I received a Surge for Christmas and now have had it replaced twice as the battery is lasting less than 24 hours with everything possible turned off.  Now my second replacement (3rd Surge) battery is lasting 48 hours but I am sure that will change.  I am frustrated with this and want a Surge that actually works.

Have a Surge for over a year, currently no issues with. Though this is out the hands of the awesome community, feel free to contact the support team once more.
