Faulty surge

I've been issued a replacement surge which was a replacement for my original one when the band snapped and broke away from the watch face. The replacement surges is identical but faulty. Fitbit have said I can't have a refund, I can have a replacement surge or any other tracker but not the Ionic. Any suggestions on a replacement or how I should proceed.

@Avibinning If the band is the only issue then Amazon & E-bay sell aftermarket replacements. Youtube has "how to" videos. As for a replacement, check the forums for the other trackers to see which have the features and reliability you can live with or research other manufacturers. Good luck.

Thank you for your reply. My Fitbit is still under warranty until Sept 2018. As my options are limited (unless I have a 3rd surge delivered)  I was asking about the other trackers like the blaze, can any one currently using a blaze give some me feed back on how they track their runs without built in GPS
