When i try to connect my surge on  fitbit app i have tk wait a lot to connect on bluetooth.

It shows the code on the trucker but when i fill it on the screen it show : try to connect, its take too long.....

Anyway on my phone settings i can connect my surge easy.....

I'm not completely understanding your problem, perhaps you could rearticulate to better communicate the challenges? I believe you're expressing an inability to add the tracker to your account but then you state you can connect it easily. What's the problem you're experiencing?

same exact thing is happening to me pretty sure. The app says enter the 4 digit code on the surge, and the surge displays the 4 digits, but then after entering the 4 digits it takes forever and eventually fails to sync.

Yes, this was the problema
