Have a FitBit Surge that use to work fine. Recently when trying to login to the FitBit App on my iOS phone I get an error saying
"This Account is Pending Deletion. There's still time to change your mind. You can reactivate your account anytime before the grace period ends. After that we will begin to delete your account and you will not be able to recover your data."
Only two options - Cancel or Recover and the Recover doesn't work.
Am able to login to the dashboard using the browser on my computer. Anyone have a solution to this? How can I login to the app on my phone?
And now the date and time are wrong on my phone and can't be set.
Appreciate any help.

Since this is an iOS error not a Surge hardware problem, let's do a search of the iOS board.

Thanks for the reply. I have had a case open with support since 24 May.
Just contacted them again via phone and was told it is a known issue they are working on.
Support said the workaround is to borrow a friend's Android device and install the app. Apparently is only an issue for iOS devices. <sigh>

Thanks for taking the time to look into my problem and help me out!
Followed the link and used it to update the app and am able to login and sync now.
