Hi all. I have had my Fitbit surge for 2 weeks now and love it. I use all the features and I am curious of the results of my sleep. I know I toss and turn in the night but my watch is telling me I'm only asleep for 3-4 hours a night. This can't be correct? I have set my target at seven and a half hours and have it on the sensitive setting. If anyone else experiences this or knows of any solutions please let me know.

Thanks

It's great to see you participating in our Community @Matty04uk, welcome! Thanks a lot for the details and for the picture. Looking at your picture I can tell that it seems like your Surge is taking every move of your body. Are you using the Sensitive option in your Sleep Tracking, check that option you will find it in your Fitbit.com Dashboard on the Settings > Surge > Sleep Tracking. Smiley Happy

Also you can restart your Surge, so in case that is a hardware issue; it'll clear it up! Then test you Fitbit the next night and take a look of your HR information too. That might help us out to figure out what is happening.
