Hello,
I just purchased by second Surge and the heart rate monitor on it really is inconsistent and constantly loses the heart rate. My other Surge I had for little over a year and the band degraded, which is unfortunate for a $250 watch. The new watch seems to have more of an issue with the HR monitor. Any suggestions?

A warm welcome to our new friend @desborough Thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback! I'd like to know if your new Fitbit Surge is working in a more accurate way! Did you tried the restart on your Surge as @SunsetRunner suggested? I would recommend checking this wearing tips too!
