I recently replace my Fitbit Surge with a new one because the old on cracked. The new one will not charge or display anything.
Is this a know issue? Can I get a replacement?
Not a happy camper.

Have you tried restarting the Surge? Sometimes this helps. If you have, try restarting it multiple times. Hope this helps.

Yes I tried! There is NO response from Fitbit at all....
