Hi there,
Does anyone know if there is any plan to update the Fitbit Dashboard or firmware on the watch, so that we can ammend our Treadmill distace easily rather than messing around with the "running stride lenght" in the settings menu?
It seems to be the only thing that lets this watch down compared to other products..
Regards
Jay

@Jay79 nice to see you around!
Fitbit constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and they appreciate all of the input we receive from our users. Please share your idea on the Feature Request, if you find that a similar suggestion has already been made by another member of the community, you can vote for their idea and add your comments. Our product team looks forward to reading and incorporating your suggestions into future versions of Fitbit trackers and apps.
However, at the moment I recommend to log your Treadmill activity by following the steps on the next article: "How do I log or record an activity when I didn't wear my tracker?", also, remember that your Fitbit tracker use an accelerometer that measure your steps according to your wrist movement, you can read more about it here "How does my tracker count steps?".
I wish you an incredible day, I'll be around if you have any other question! ![]()
