Fitbit Surge Warranty

Good morning. I have just bought a Fitbit Surge through a main stream and well known UK catalogue called "VERY." The reason I purchased via this catalogue is because they offer an interest free payment option which is handy with the high cost of a Surge. I am now concerned as I have read that VERY does not appear on the Authorised list of suppliers despite their website suggesting so. In fact the approved list is quite small in the UK. My main concern is the amount of problems these units have and the ability to not have it replaced under warranty despite me puchasing from a major UK catalogue. I would understand if I bought it from a dodgy eBay seller!!!!
Can someone from Fitbit please confirm where I stand?
