Battery life will depend mostly on the usage you are giving to the tracker. The age of the tracker may also affect in some cases.
I'd recommend checking these tips to maximize the battery on your Fitbit Surge. This should definitely help you out with this.
Also, there is not a service center in Malaysia in which you can send it to check. The best thing to do in that case would be to contact customer support.
