Fitbit Surge got wet

 Hi!

I really need advice! My Surge accidentally got wet while swimming! 

 

I tried to put it in rice and everything is working fine except the battery. 

It drains really quickly and stays up to one hour max.

 

Could someone please help me! 

Can the battery be replaced or should I do the reset???
