Fitbit Surge is damaged

Don't believe it, had my Fitbit replaced in January same as everyone else a faulty wrist strap. It's now April and the replacement has developed 2 blisters on the strap 😡😡 not happy.

Cheers I already have done, it's just so frustrating that you can't design this product to an acceptable standard, chatting to the guys in the office has definitely stopped one or two of them from making the mistake of buying a surge. Wish I could swop it for the blaze!!
